Walls and ceilings
IJtama provides and assembles walls and ceilings for each accommodation or pilothouse. It offers a wide selection of materials and colours. Each design is available in every brand/insulation class.
Walls
- IJtama provides the following wall systems:
- Wall panels covered with HPL
- Modular wall system
- Wall prepared for wall papering or tiling
- Wet area wall prepared for tiling
- Wall panels covered with HPL:
- 20mm panels in Cape Marine Board or multiplex covered with optional HPL
- Fixing to subfloor using steel U profile or treated veneer grounds
- Panels connected by double omega profile
- Omega profiles finalised with optional synthetic strip
- Floor and ceiling connections finalised with optional plinth
- Modular wall system:
- Fabricated ±50mm components in optional colour
- Consisting of two layers of galvanised steel with insulation in between
- Panels easy to connect
- Fixing with floor profile
- Floor and ceiling connection finalised with optional plinth
- Wall prepared for wall papering or tiling:
- 18mm fire-retardant chipboard
- Fixing to floor using treated veneer grounds
- Wet area wall prepared for tiling:
- 18mm fire retardant chipboard
- 12mm moisture-resistant Eter-Backer sheet
- Fixing to floor using treated veneer grounds
